With over 26 years of industry experience, Mahesh has served as Managing Director/founding member of SNSK Associates, a $500 million fund focused on investments in healthcare technology companies. Earlier in his career, Mahesh held Head of Operations and Senior Executive roles with significant global IT enterprises.
No stranger to setting vision, Mahesh has led global teams of 10,000+ people in Consulting, Product Engineering (R & D), Application Development, Infrastructure Management and Business Process Operations across multiple verticals.
Mahesh has a Post Graduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, has a Mechanical engineering degree from University of Mysore. He is a Fulbright fellow in Leadership Management from Carnegie Mellon.
Ambuj has worked across diverse industries in multiple geographies and brings rich experience in business strategy, operations, and organization transformation.
Prior to founding IHX, Ambuj was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. in the United States where he advised senior leaders on key business issues and led projects for Fortune 500 companies across different industries such as healthcare, infrastructure, and advanced technologies. Ambuj began his career at Schlumberger, the world’s largest energy services company, in Abu Dhabi. At Schlumberger, he managed a diverse team of engineers from all over the world and led multi-million-dollar drilling projects for onshore and offshore energy exploration.
Ambuj completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and obtained his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Mayank is a technology and business leader with experience across startups, growth companies, PE/VC portfolios and MNCs. He brings 22 years of P&L experience in early and growth stage B2C and B2B companies, working across global markets in Retail, Cloud SaaS, Healthcare, CPG and Financial Services.
Most recently, he was a Co-founder and CBO at Avataar.ai , serving US Enterprise Retail/E-commerce with cloud based applied AR solutions. Earlier, he spent a decade as a PE Operating Partner and PE backed CEO, at KKR and Everstone, helping scale businesses and building management teams. Formerly, at Unilever, he served in multiple leadership positions, including running the Household Care business P&L of $200 Mn. He has also been a management consultant with BCG at their Chicago office, advising Fortune 500 clients.
Mayank has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Wharton School, a Post Graduate degree in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Mumbai, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore.
A Technologist at heart, Mukund is a leader in AI/ML solution conceptualization and delivery, with nearly three decades of experience. Mukund Kannan has been in several leadership roles, shaping Fortune 500 companies’ technology vision leveraging latest technologies, leading large IT transformation programs and managing large technology delivery centres.
In his last role, Mukund was leading Tech Mahindra's AI/ML & Data Science Centres of Excellence. In this role, he led development of several AI and NLP based solutions across sectors including Healthcare, Manufacturing and BFSI. Mukund has been an acknowledged industry leader in the areas of ML quality, fairness and explainability. Prior to this role, Mukund was Executive delivery sponsor of several large customer accounts and also was the head of EAI & Middleware business line.
Prior to Tech Mahindra, Mukund worked in companies like Perot Systems, Siemens Dematic and Tata Unisys in various leadership roles. Mukund is an active NASSCOM Deep Tech Club mentor and works with entrepreneurs in India to build successful businesses leveraging latest Technologies.
Mukund is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from Annamalai University
Ravi has over 17 years of experience in architecture and design of enterprise scale products on open source and cloud technologies. He has led talented teams in payments, fintech and retail domains.
Prior to joining IHX, Ravi has worked with international retail technology startups and was responsible for building SaaS enabled omni-channel commerce fulfillment platforms, which powers mid to large size retailers across the globe. He has been adept at shaping high performance-driven and inclusive cultures, influencing, and motivating geographically dispersed teams. Ravi has a deep passion for the India Stack and he played a pivotal role in enabling UPI infrastructure for a fintech organization. His previous experiences include technology and engineering focused roles in companies like Nextuple, Blue Yonder (Yantriks), Ezetap and IBM India Software Labs (Sterling Commerce).

Dr.Anjum is a seasoned healthcare professional with rich and diverse experience of over 17 years in the space. Her experience spans across operations, strategic planning, sales, business development, Claims, Provider Network, Health Analytics, Fraud Control, and Clinical Quality & Governance, along with multi-sectoral expertise across healthcare, Public health and IT/ITES industries.S
Dr.Anjum has made significant contributions spanning across Public health while working with NHA-Government of India for ABPM-JAY (Health Benefit packages & Standard Treatment Guidelines) and with PSUs for GIPSA PPN
Dr. Anjum has completed her master’s in healthcare management and bachelor’s in medicine in 2011 and 2005 respectively. She has also received the award of an “Inspiring Leader of the Year 2018”, at the Third Future Women Leader Summit and Awards by Transformance.
A problem solver at heart, Pravesh comes with a decade of rich experience working in early-stage start-ups to large organisations across healthcare, education, automobile, and telecom industry. In his last role, Pravesh was leading Cialfo's (a Singapore based EdTech company) global product team and built an end-to-end platform for high school students across the globe.
Prior to Cialfo, Pravesh has worked extensively in digital healthcare and built multiple products from ground up at Jio Digital Health and TATA 1mg enabling various services like e-pharmacy, e-diagnostics, and tele-consultation for millions.
Pravesh completed his undergraduate studies at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Sanjay brings rich leadership and operational experience from his tenures as CEO of prominent IT companies, and as chairman of SNSK Associates, a fund focused on investing in healthcare technology companies.
Sanjay was the CEO of Tech Mahindra, served on the Board of Directors of Mahindra Satyam and was a member of the Global Executive Board of Mahindra and Mahindra. He helmed the company as it grew from a 5,000 people in 2005 to 35,000 people in 2010 with more than $1B in revenue and became the clear leader for IT Solutions to the Telecom industry.
Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Sanjay was the CEO of DSL Software, a joint venture between HCL and Deutsche Bank focused on solutions for Capital Markets. He also served as President of HCL Technologies Europe and led the creation and incubation of Cisco’s first outsourced R&D Lab outside North America with 1000+ engineers. He has also held global roles at Schlumberger and Tata Unisys.
During and after his corporate stints, Sanjay has nurtured multiple start-ups and growth businesses. His recent focus has been on designing products for the “next 90%”, rural skilling and rural supply chains. Sanjay is an IIT Delhi Alumnus and is the recipient of the Alumni award for National Development in 2007
